Texas Maine Coon Rescue & Friends

Texas Maine Coon Rescue is an all volunteer, non-profit, no-kill animal rescue organization dedicated to rescuing and the protection and adoption of companion animals.

Texas Maine Coon Rescue is not a shelter, but a group of volunteers who foster kitties in our homes until permanent homes can be found. No adoptable animal in our care is ever euthanized because a permanent home could not be found.

All of our cats available for adoption are current on their vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLV, and spayed/neutered

Our Featured Pet...

Meet Nyla

  Breed:  Maine Coon
Color:  Silver Torbie
Sex:  Female
Age:  7 Years
Comments:  I have been declawed and spayed.  I have also been tested for Aids/Leukemia (negative).
Nyla is a GORGEOUS Silver Torti Maine Coon! She is De Clawed and spayed and 7 years old. She is very beautiful, BIG, and sweet. Nyla is quiet, shy, gentle, timid, and loving. She loves to be petted. Her previous owner did not keep her. Gentle Nyla was afraid of the other cat in her home because the other cat picked on her. Nyla would prefer to be an only cat. Nyla is LOVELY and very sweet!! Nyla would love to have a loving home where she feels safe and loved furrever.
